| Description | The City of Jeffersontown has developed plans for the development of the Veteran's Memorial Park: Phase Two bounded by Ruckriegel Parkway, Veterans Memorial Park: Phase One, and Chenoweth Run Road, Jeffersontown, KY 40299. The project limits span a 7.5-acre area and extends west from Ruckriegal Parkway through the former Water Treatment site to Chenoweth Run. Base Bid: Plans call for general site demolition and clearing of the site, earthwork for the site based on the grading plan, removal of existing fill material below the proposed Amphitheater building and placement of controlled fill per the Geotechnical recommendations, site utilities, and construction of a retaining wall east of Ruckriegel Parkway |
