Lead Abatement Services-6th Avenue

Project cancelled. Winnebago County is requesting proposals for Lead Abatement Services to be provided for private residences through the Lead-Safe Homes Program administered by the State of Wisconsin. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is specifically for the property at 702 W. 6th Avenue in Oshkosh, WI. All questions about the meaning or intent of this RFP document shall be submitted to the Purchasing Department in writing, preferably by emailing lforbes@winnebagocountywi.gov Replies shall be issued by addenda, delivered to all parties recorded by the Purchasing Department as having received these documents. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the due date will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. The information in the LeadBased Paint Risk Assessment Report and the Lead-Safe Homes Program (LSHP) Project Scope of Work and Cost Estimate Request (Proposal Form), along with an onsite inspection shall be the basis to determine the scope of work for the project. All items, details of construction, services or features not specifically mentioned which are regularly furnished in order to provide the Services shall be furnished at the prices proposed and shall conform in strength, quality and workmanship to that usually provided by the practice indicated in this specification
