Replacement of the Roof at the Stephenson County Jail

Clean all loose dirt and debris from the roof, existing membrane will be systematically sliced and remain in place, mechanically fasten one inch isocyanurate insulation, install a mechanically fastened Duro-Last custom fit membrane assembly roof system, install new curb flashings, wall flashing, pipe flashing, drain details and perimeter edge details, existing coping cap will be re-used, provide protective walkway pads at roof access doors and ladders on the service side of rooftop units and under pipe supports, provide a 20 year NDL manufacturer's labor and material warranty, miscellaneous items normally associated with the project, clean up and removal of all debris from the jobsite. Each bidder is responsible for visiting the work site to determine facilities and difficulties attendant to the execution of the specified work.
