Description

1. By-pass pumping with 24-hour monitoring as needed. 2. Maintenance of Traffic as required for the project area. 3. Replace the 4” force main discharge lines in the wet well, all wet well piping to be HDPE. 4. Prior to installing spray on liner, remove and grout valve box drain line that goes into wet well. 5. Replace below ground valve vault with above ground valving assembly (4” diameter discharge ductile iron pipes and valves) and connect to the existing force main per BCUSD Criteria Detail US-33. 6. Paint all above ground force main discharge piping and valves in accordance with Brevard County Utilities Standards, Section 09900 Painting, page 09900-2. Color shall match Pantone Color Code for Sanitary Sewer (including force main) - Pantone 3415C. 7. 4” base elbows and 316L stainless steel guide rails with 316L stainless steel pipe supports in wet well. 8. Concrete pad under valve assembly (minimum 6” thick). Dimensions of the concrete pad will be 8’ x 6’ x 6”. 9. County approved new 10” thick wet well top slab and hatch cover with BCUSD approved safety grate (round wet well 8’ inside diameter and minimum 30”x48” aluminum hatch cover). Install new 4” vent pipe with screen through new wet well top slab. 10. New electrical control panel per Attachment C, Brevard County Utility Services Electrical Standards (referenced below). 11. Spray on liner in the 8’ inside diameter x 23’ deep well. 12. Ground all structures to a single common ground. 13. Install light pole and fixture per Attachment C, Brevard County Utility Services Electrical Standards, May 2020 or latest revision. The updated light fixture model number is EC1 6M2 MV NW 5 GY 530 LPCR PTB BSK. The Electrical Standards are available by contacting Lucas Siegfried at 321-633-2089.
