RFP D/B - New Airport Traffic Control Towers (ATCT) At David Wayne Hooks Airport (DWH)

The FAA has a requirement for a (DB) Consultant Team to assist the FAA with the Request for Proposal and Selection for the new Airport Traffic Control Towers (ATCT) at David Wayne Hooks Airport (DWH). The method is Build (DB). Review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. Please note the FAR references cited in SAM are not applicable to the FAA as the FAA has its own policies and guidance referenced in the Acquisition Management System (AMS). This SIR/RFP is being posted in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) AcquisitioManagement Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements.
