Description

The FAA has a requirement for a (DB) Consultant Team to assist the FAA with the Request for Proposal and Selection for the new Airport Traffic Control Towers (ATCT) at David Wayne Hooks Airport (DWH). The method is Build (DB). Review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. Please note the FAR references cited in SAM are not applicable to the FAA as the FAA has its own policies and guidance referenced in the Acquisition Management System (AMS). This SIR/RFP is being posted in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) AcquisitioManagement Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this SIR. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer, Katherine Fogle at katherine.fogle@faa.gov, no later than October 18, 2023. Proposals must be received in the inbox of Katie Fogle at Katherine.fogle@faa.gov no later than 17:00 ET on October 23, 2023. Offeror must request receipt for if so desired. All Amendments issued, if any, must be signed and submitted with the Offeror's . Offerors are cautioned that proposals may take significant time to process electronically before reaching the inbox.
