Description

2-years; one (1) base year of services 07/01/2022 – 06/30/2023 with one (1) additional option year 07/01/2023 – 06/30/2024 to cover the following: 1) Headquarters building and residences - Annual Fire Alarm Testing 2) Fire Extinguishers - Annual Fire Extinguisher Inspections All facilities have a dedicated phone line service servicing the attached fire alarm systems. The contractor shall be responsible for all costs associated with performing all tasks including but not limited to: labor, equipment, travel and transportation. The contractor shall be responsible for supplying and replacing 12V batteries in the Fireshield Plus fire panel cabinets. There are two (2) batteries in each fire panel; however, duplex units 154/155 have a booster panel, which has two (2) additional batteries in it, for a total of four (4) batteries for 154/155. All work performed will be in accordance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), International Fire Code (IFC), State and Local codes and Regulations.
