Replace Logo Signage

1.Municipal & Safety Building: - Remove existing monument sign - Construct One (1) double-faced, silhouette-illuminated monument sign. (Similar to attached conceptual drawing) - Approx. 7’-6” tall, 4’-5” wide and 15’ long - All footings required to support sign - Rock Facade - Texture coated aluminum toppers and base - JC Logo to be silhouette illuminated - Main cabinet to have digitally printed wood grain applied to routed aluminum faces with push thru acrylic copy to give a halo lighting effect (illuminated) - Address numbers to be ¼” aluminum plate (non-illuminated) matte finish - Submit color rendering with bid –All colors will require final approval by Owner’s Representative before contract award - Electrical hookups provided by owner - Warranty: 12 months against defective materials and 12 month guarantee on parts and labor 2. Memorial Park Community Center: - Remove existing logos at two (2) places on Building Structure - Manufacture and install two (2) aluminum plates with new logo matching colors to our Branded Logo, (non-illuminated), installed at location of removed logos - Approx. size of each logo is 5’ wide and 3’-3” tall and ½” deep - Stud-mount - Submit color rendering of sign in conjunction with existing lettering to provide scale - All colors will require final approval by Owner’s Representative before contract award - Warranty: 12 months against defective materials and 12 month guarantee on parts and labor 3. Johnson City Juvenile Court: - Revise logos on four (4) existing monument signs to City’s current logo in white color to match existing lettering on the signs - Approx. 12”high - Vinyl Material - Locations:Watauga Road: Single-facedStuart Street: Double-facedCorner of Stuart/E. Myrtle: Double-facedCorner of E. Myrtle Ave/New St: Double-faced - Submit rendering of sign in conjunction with existing lettering to provide scale - All colors will require final approval by Owner’s Representative before contract award - Warranty: 12 months against defective materials and 12 month guarantee on parts and labor
