| Description | Provide heating and cooling solutions for the Bland County Courthouse. The scope of this work is to provide comfortable, controllable, conditioned air within the Courthouse, by possibly reducing/removing dependency of the fuel fired water boiler (1), fuel fired domestic water heater (1), and chiller unit (1); replacement of fan coil units (43), make up air unit (1) and any/all cold/hot water piping associated with existing HVAC system. If removal of existing equipment is not feasible, then other solutions to provide comfortable, controllable, conditioned air will be entertained. |
