Description Conduct pre-demolition asbestos surveys of the referenced buildings. The inspection will include destructive investigative techniques to identify asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) to the maximum extent possible. The number of samples must be collected in accordance with industry standards including a minimum of 2 samples per miscellaneous material and analyzed in accordance with New York State protocols by a New York State ELAP approved laboratory. Reports will include the required information for a survey including the identification, locations, quantities and condition of ACMs. City of Plattsburgh will provide access to the structures, including roofs, and will be responsible for temporary patches for the roof locations sampled during the inspection.
