Specifications to complete a turn lane at the Burr Trail Intersection on SR-12 in Boulder City, Garfield county Utah. Work includes Traffic Control, Survey, placement of Untreated Base Course, HMA, Chip Seal, Pavement Paint, Delineators, and Signs according to UDOT 2020 Standard Specifications. The Granular Borrow and drainage pipe work has already been completed by others.
