Highway 99 Gateway and Revitalization Project

Highway 99 Revitalization Project from 244th Street South West to 238th Street South West & Highway 99 Revitalization Project from 224th Street South West to 220th Street South West Providing design, environmental, and right of way services for Stage 3 and design and environmental services for Stage 4. The project’s goal was to extend the successful transformation of Highway 99 in Shoreline through Edmonds from 244th St. SW to 210th St. SW. The scope of the project includes capacity improvements at various signalized intersections along the corridor, wider replacement sidewalks, new street lighting, raised center medians for access management, attractive and safe crosswalks, better stormwater management, targeted utility replacements, potential undergrounding of overhead utilities, landscaping, softscape treatments and other improvements
