Bringle Ferry Road Sanitary Sewer Extension

Item 1: Installation of 30 LF of 16" O.D. Steel Encasement Pipe (.250 minimum thickness) by Bore & Jack under NCDOT Road. Price to include Installation and testing of 40 LF of 8" PC350 DIP Gravity Sewer Pipe and Casing Spacers. Price to include excavation and restoration of bore pit as shown per plans. Complete in Place. Item 2: Provide, install and test a 4’ diameter pre-cast manhole as shown per plan. Price to include for manhole to either be pre-cast to accept three (3) 4” sewer laterals, or core drilled and boots provided for three (3) 4” sewer laterals. Price to include excavation, #57 stone bedding and backfill. Price to include standard ring & cover. Item 3: Provide and install three (3) sewer laterals as shown per plan. Price to include all excavation, #57 stone bedding, assembly, and backfill. Item 4: Rehabilitate manhole where encasement pipe eliminates. Price to include cementitious lining of manhole walls and invert.
