Boiler/Equipment Emergency Repairs

Providing engineering, technical support, testing services, procurement and maintenance services for the emergency repairs to the Dallman #4 Boiler, and any equipment, duct, piping, etc repairs as assigned. The boiler include the following: a. Unit 4: 230MW Foster Wheeler opposed wall fired boiler with three 22.5 MBF pulverizers, TLT Covent (Howden) Submerged Chain Conveyor, SCR, baghouse, wet scrubber, wet electrostatic precipitator and a Toshiba Turbine with a Holtec Condenser, FW Contract 6511649200 b. Auxiliary equipment: Coal, limestone and gypsum conveyors, wet bottom ash sluice systems, dry flash conveyors, air quality control systems The Work includes but is not limited to: the repair of the boiler and/or process related equipment, such as, tube repairs, pad welding, dutchmen, slag tank/ash hopper repairs, refractory, valve installation, pulverizer repairs, air heater, duct repairs, expansion joint repair/replacement, air quality control system equipment, etc. The Services include but are not limited to: procurement of equipment or material as required and engineering/technical support on all boiler process related equipment.
