Refuse Removal, Recycling and Disposal Services at Path New York Facilities - Two (2) Year Contract

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (Port Authority), in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all proposers that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The Response to this Qualification Based Selection Process (QBSP) should be submitted in three (3) files. One with the completed QBSP book (saved as QBSP); one file containing the Cost Proposal (saved as Cost Proposal); and one file containing the QEP (saved as QEP). Questions concerning Bonfire may be addressed to the contact provided on the Bonfire platform.Questions concerning this solicitation shall be addressed only to the Buyer. Additionally, all bidders (including proposers, and respondents, as applicable) are notified that the Port Authority will ensure that, with respect to any contract/agreement entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises, minority business enterprises and woman-owned business enterprises, as applicable, will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids, proposals and responses, as applicable, in response to this invitation, and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
