Description

Renovations of HVAC in Dormitory Building: Work includes installing new variable refrigerant flow air conditioning system in each building listed with wall hung or cassette type indoor units in dormitory rooms, offices, corridors, and lounges. Bathroom and laundry exhaust systems in the dormitory buildings shall be connected to a heat recovery units. - Phasing and Swing Space: Phase the project using the available vacant dormitory bed space as swing space. It is anticipated to require four phases with two buildings being in each phase.
