| Description | It is the intent of this specification to provide for the purchase of one (1) new Asphalt Emulsion Distributor Assembly to be delivered to Essex County DPW. The units supplied to this specification shall meet or exceed the following requirements. The apparatus will be capable of heating, pumping and spraying asphalt emulsions for the use on roads between existing and new layers of asphalt. It will be capable of applying via spray bar off the rear of the apparatus, along with the capability of hand application. |
