Interior Landscaping and Maintenance

The Town of Palm Beach is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide Interior Landscaping services, including but not limited to plant and container rental for the Town of Palm Beach's Police Department. The police department is located at 345 S. County Road, Palm Beach, FL 33480. The Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, labor, tools, management, supervision, trucks, gas, oil, safety equipment and any other materials and equipment necessary to complete the work. 1. Contractor shall provide terra cotta containers and saucers for all plants. 2. Contractor shall provide weekly maintenance of all plants. Maintenance shall include but not be limited to watering, removal of dead leaves, fronds, etc. 3. Contractor shall replace plants and containers as needed or as requested by the Police Department.
