Williamsville-Sherman Additions and Renovations - Bid Release 2

Project consists of additions and renovations to the High School and Jr. High located in Williamsville, IL and additions and renovations to the Elementary School in Sherman, IL. 1. The High School addition includes a theater, band/choral space, fieldhouse, kitchen, commons area, classrooms and storm shelter. Renovations include locker rooms, cafeteria converted to weight room and spaces adjacent to the addition. 2. The Jr High includes a classroom wing addition, renovations to classrooms, restrooms and offices. 3. The Elementary School work includes renovations to classrooms and toilet rooms. The addition of a gymnasium is an alternate bid. 4. Additional work includes the demolition of the Middle School building and Unit Office, parking lot improvements, and site utility work. A concessions building and football field turf and track upgrade are alternate bids. 5. Under separate contract through Bid Release 1, work includes Precast concrete and primary electrical power distribution from the utility to replace the existing primary electrical power to the existing High School building. 6. Asbestos abatement of the Middle School prior to demolition is also under separate contract.
