| Description | The Project consists of the reconfiguration and remodeling of an existing locker room and training room area to create a new training room, men's and women's locker rooms and team rooms and a single occupant toilet/locker room. The Project will encompass approximately 3,500 gross square feet (GSF) located on the lower level of the Gym Building at Riverland Community College. The Work will include but is not limited to: demolition of masonry walls, doors, fixtures and related mechanical and electrical systems; construction of new masonry partitions, doors, frames, hardware, drywall ceilings, specialties and finishes; mechanical systems including plumbing, heating and ventilating; and electrical systems including power, lighting and special systems.
