| Description | Item I, General Construction: Work includes general construction, firestopping, joint sealants, painting and exterior improvements. Contractor shall be responsible for hiring Commissioning Agent. Item II, Electrical Work: Work includes all labor, material, equipment and supervision to perform the required electrical construction work on this project. Distribution and main circuit breakers will be upgraded to accommodate the increased electrical loads. Existing panelboards will be reused, and new circuit breakers will be provided to service the new mechanical equipment as shown on the drawings. Item III, Mechanical Work: Work includes all labor, material, equipment and supervision to perform the required Mechanical, and plumbing construction work on this project. Dry coolers, packaged pumping systems, expansion tank, and plate heat exchanger will be upgraded/installed. |
