Washington-Warren Airport (OCW) - Corporate Hangar

This project will provide a 200ft x100 ft corporate hangar to accommodate corporate jet aircraft. This project will include constructing a new 200 ft x 100 ft insulated steel building with a 120 ft x 28 ft overhead hydraulic door. This building will be complete with a fire protection system, concrete slab, and MEP/ fire protection underground work. The project includes approximately 886 sqft of interior upfit consisting of the breakroom, bathroom, office, and parts room. There also will be 367 sqft of riser room fit-up and approximately 18,747 sqft of hangar space. The upfit area will be a conditioned space, while the riser room and hangar space will be heated with propane. The new building's water and sewer services will be extended within 5 feet of the building perimeter for the utility contractor to connect to city water and sewer services. This solicitation is for the scope of works regarding general & final cleaning, concrete, metals, millwork, doors frames and hardware, overhead coiling doors, aluminum windows package, non-structural metal framing & gypsum board, acoustical panel ceilings, resilient flooring, resinous flooring, painting, specialties, signage, canopies, horizontal louver blinds, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
