Water Plant No.1 Elevated Storage Tank Rehabilitation

Furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and appurtenances to power wash, abrasive blast, and recoat the interior, exterior, and miscellaneous appurtenances of the 1,000,000 gallon Elevated Storage Tank No. 1 at Water Plant No. 1; replace bird and insect screen on gooseneck vent and mushroom vents; provide new hatch screens; provide new ladder and safety climb for interior wet area; seal weld overhead roof plates and all stiffeners and roof rafters, all joints to be seal welded; provide peripheral shell vents; provide new gasket for wet bowl roof hatch; provide splash box; power wash, abrasive blast, and recoat interior and exterior of existing overhead and pedestrian door.
