| Description | Bids are solicited for an annual price agreement for the purchase of Sodium Hypochlorite as needed with the following definitions, term and conditions of bidding. Question Cuttoff Date and Time 9/27/2022 03:00:00 PM (ET) This contract shall become effective from date of acceptance and approval by the City of College Station. It shall remain in full force and effect with firm fixed bid prices for the period of one (1) year. The City reserves the right to accept or reject in part or in whole, any bids submitted, and to waive any technicalities for the best interest of the City. The City reserves the right to reject any bid that does not fully respond to each specified item. |
