For Central Chiller Plant Unit #2 Major Overhaul The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the WV Department of Administration, General Services Division ("GSD" or "Agency"), to establish a contract for a Major Overhaul of the Centrifugal Chiller # 2 Trane: Model # CVHF770NA1, SN - L99A00282, per the bid requirements, specifications and terms and conditions as attached hereto Vendor question deadline @ 3 PM 2023-02-28 Price will only be utilized if additional refrigerant is needed to charge the chiller during initial overhaul. All Vendors submitting a bid must attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Failure to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting shall result in disqualification of the Vendor's bid. No one individual is permitted to represent more than one vendor at the pre-bid meeting. Any individual that does attempt to represent two or more vendors will be required to select one vendor to which the individual's attendance will be attributed.
