The project is located on 29 acres about 1 mile north of Highway 98 and the west side of Highway 331 South. Scope details have not been released. As of July 29, 2022 the project is in planning stage and seeking final development order approval from the Walton County Planning Commission. A meeting was held July 148, 2022, but the results are not yet available. Information regarding the architect, general contactor and method of selection has not been disclosed.
