Description

Construction of a new parking lot, fencing and new lighting for the parking lot. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Sum. The bid security shall be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, bank money order or bid bond issued by surety licensed to conduct business in the State of Illinois.
