Description

Project Number- 100055001392 TG Project No. 22050.01 South Streams 3 Inch Pioneer Main, 204th Street from V Street to S HWS Cleveland Boulevard. For questions concerning the Contract Documents, contact Sherri Meisinger, Director, Procurement, (402) 504-7253. For questions concerning engineering details, contact Nate Williams, Engineering Department at 402-504-7729. All necessary clearing and grubbing work shall be completed before April 1, 2023 and after September 1, 2023 in order to avoid disturbing any nesting areas as dictated by the provisions in the Migratory Bird Treaty Act. Any clearing and grubbing work that is performed from April 1, 2023 through August 30, 2023, shall be subject to the provisions of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act. The Contractor shall be responsible for all costs associated with this issue in order to complete construction of the water main.
