Blow all debris and clippings from sidewalks, patios, roadways, parking area and mulch beds; debris is not to be blown onto adjacent City streets; if necessary, sweep or vacuum any loose debris. Debris includes all cigarette butts, including those in mulched areas. Curbs, sidewalk and driveway(s) shall be free of dirt and refuse. Plants shall be watered as to promote optimum growth. |
