| Description | The general scope of work includes the replacement or renovation of kitchen floor drains, floor sinks and floor drain pipe. Wall construction, wall finish and floor tile repair are included in the scope. Scope notes 1. All new drain and vent pipe will be Stainless Steel 2. Heat trace will be installed for all new drain pipe 3. Heat Trace control panels will provide monitoring and control. The MD Anderson Building Automation System will monitor the heat trace. 4. Floor drains will require new floor cores 5. New drains will require to be fire sealed and protected per MD Anderson Specifications and Construction Document details. |
