| Description | Obtain a Contractor who will furnish the application of protective coatings, on an as needed basis, for the Commission’s Industrial Assets Management Group. The Contractor shall be required to perform the application of protective coatings at any Commission facility located within Montgomery and Prince George's Counties, Maryland. Services shall include, but are not limited to, the product selection, handling, surface preparation, priming, application, and quality control of protective coatings on a variety of mechanical equipment/systems and assets within the Commission’s treatment plants, pumping stations, depots, and office buildings. In general, the work involved will be for the application of high performance protective coatings for steel, concrete, and other substrate structures common to water and waste water facilities, either above or below ground. |
