Description Specification: 1. All work is at Elmwood Street School, primarily the chiller room. 2. Chiller Unit is Carrier Refrigeration Machine model no. 19XR-1212233BEH64-, serial no. Q64172. 3. Chiller Unit is Carrier Centrifugal Compressor Unit model no. 02XR-233BEH64-, serial no. 64172. 4. One (1) Carrier ST5-MML Parts kit installed. 5. This project excludes the replacement of three (3) relief valves and one (1) guide van actuator that was recently completed. 6. Disconnect all electrical wiring leads. 7. Remove all refrigerant and oil piping. 8. Rig and roll around compressor motor assembly. 9. Remove wheel and high speed assembly. 10. Rig and remove motor assembly.
