George Bragg Towers Balcony Restorations

Multiple prime contracts for roofing replacement, balcony repairs, and electrical lighting improvements work in accordance with Drawings, Project Manual, and other Bidding and Contract Documents prepared by AJH Design, 111 East 14th Street, Elmira Heights, NY 14903. As bid security, each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond made payable to the Owner in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total of base bid and all alternates, in accordance with the terms described in the instructions to bidders. All checks for deposit of Contract Documents and shipping shall be made payable to AJH Design. No proposal may be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening thereof.
