Description | The Subcontractor List and written confirmation forms signed by the DBE subcontractors listed on the DBE Utilization Certification form must be sub-mitted with the bid package with-in the deadline listed above. The Work to be performed shall include: Construction of approximately 1900 linear feet of street improvements, including but not limited to roadway corridor widening, curb and gutter, sidewalks, cycle tracks, protected intersections for bicyclists, road-way channelization, signals and illumination, and other work necessary to complete the project. Engineers Estimate for this work is $4,670,000 to $5,160,000, All physical work shall be completed in the time specified in Section. 1-08.5. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this Project. The following is applicable to Federal-aid projects. The City of Redmond, in accordance with Title VI of the GM]. Rights Act of 1964, (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract. entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against: on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
