Touchless Water Fountains Installs

To remove existing fountain units, provide and install Touchless Sensor Fountain Units to replace the existing Fountain Units at eight (8) of our Library & Facility locations. The project will include removal and disposal of existing fountain units, electrical work and plumbing work for installation of new Touchless, Sensor activated Fountain units. Some units will be equipped with bottle fillers. It is the desire of the Library to maintain continuity in both form & function throughout the library locations. 1. Plumbing Contractor shall remove & dispose of existing fountain units, modify plumbing as required to meet all ADA guidelines and install touchless fountain units. Plumbing Contractor to evaluate and include any necessary backing material behind fountains for uniformity of its surroundings. Plumbing contractor shall include all required plumbing, backing and any other connections are to be included on contractor’s scope of work & overall pricing. 2. Electrical Contractor to evaluate power requirements for units, nearest access to power and run power to units, coordinating installation of units with Plumbing Contractor. Electrical contractor shall include all required electrical labor and material, to be included on contractor’s scope of work and overall pricing.
