Description

The term of the License will be for a period of seven (7) years commencing April 1, 2024 and expiring on March 31, 2031. At the end of the 7-year term, the ECHDC shall have the option to enter into one (1) additional 4-year extension. The 4-year extension would expire on March 31, 2035.
