| Description | As of February 22, 2023, project was awarded to Southern Technologies, but awarded amount is not available. Access Control System Submittal envelope must clearly state: "Access Control System". Proposals received after the above specified date and time shall not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the sender. Contract award will be at 9am Monday, December 19th, 2022. No vendor may withdraw his proposal for at least one hundred twenty (120) days after this date. Each proposal shall be submitted only on the Request for Proposal document provided in the requested packet inclusive of system specifications. Proposals will be evaluated by the Purchaser based on the lowest responsible proposal submitted which is also in compliance with the specifications. The St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office and it's represented parties reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or any portions thereof, to waive any informalities incident thereto, and to select the system that best suits its needs. |
