Description

The objective of this tenant improvement project is to remodel the space left vacant by the Town of Marana Parks & Recreation Department for use as a Visitor Center, as well as other possible uses. The approximately 5,000 sf. space will require remodel of existing interior spaces as well as exterior sitework and landscaping. The improvements consist of adding a new entry, a new ADA restroom and breakroom, millwork, acoustical ceiling, painting, mechanical, plumbing and electrical, and the adjustment of the fire alarm and suppression systems. Work will also include exterior site work, concrete/block work and landscape/irrigation work. All work shall be constructed in accordance with the plans attached as Appendix ‘A’-Town of Marana, Visitor Center Tenant Improvements””and Appendix ‘B’ –the Project Manual for Town of Marana Visitor Center Remodel prepared by EMC2 Group,Theproject consists of the original Bid work and nineBid alternates.
