Joshua Main Street 16" Waterline Project

This project consists of installing approximately 7,100 LF of 16-inch water line with fittings along Main Street in Joshua, Texas from an existing elevated storage tank to the intersection of Main Street at SH 174. The Contract Documents, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Bid Proposal, Bid Bond, Agreement, Performance and Payment Bonds, General Conditions, Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed, Plans, and Specifications, may be examined at the following locations: JCSUD 740 FM 3048 Joshua, Texas 76058 The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 30 days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders prior to awarding of the contract. Bid Bond: A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Johnson County SUD, negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value) or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid.
