Engineering / Project Coordination Construction Observation Services

To provide engineering services and project coordination and construction observation as a part of our Pole Attachment program. The firm will perform monitoring of electric and communications utility contractors / crews working to modify electric utility equipment attachment locations within the supply space and install overhead and underground communications infrastructure within PWC’s and the NCDOT’s Right of Way, within PWC’s Electric Service Territory. The firm will serve as Project Coordinators and will assure strict compliance with plans and specifications, PWC construction standards and NESC/OSHA requirements. Project Coordinators will assure that projects are built as designed and all approved field changes are documented. All deviations from design will be approved by Engineer in Charge of Project.
