Asphalt paving of two portions of Bobolink Road located within the Town of Lowell. The West Section consisting of 4,665 feet at 20 feet width, with 1.5" overlay and shouldering. The East Section consisting of 1,280 feet at 20 feet width, with 1.5" overlay and shouldering.
