Description

As of March 22, 2023, Callas Contractors was awarded this project, but the award amount has not been confirmed. The project consists of New Public Works office building and associated site and utility work. Single story pre-engineered steel frame facility approx. 9,200 sf in size. The facility includes both office and garage space. Bid Phase RFIs must be submitted via the online form provided by the Architect (https://tinyurl.com/OMNIproject). All bidders will receive the responses via Addenda. Bid Phase RFIs will be accepted until close of business on February 1, 2023.
