Common Pleas Courthouse Fluid Cooler Project

**As of August 02, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The project is for the purchase and installation of a new fluid cooler for the Courthouse. Any bid not received by the Board of County Commissioners' Office located at Wayne County Administration Building, 428 West Liberty Street, Wooster, Ohio 44691 at or before the deadline will be disqualified. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that all emails are sent and received. Bidders shall submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of their Bid Proposal in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked with the project name. The outside of the sealed envelope shall also include the name and address of the bidder. If a bid proposal is submitted by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid proposal must be enclosed in an outer envelope addressed to the Board and designated as a bid for the project. The bid opening will also be available via Zoom to individuals who register at https://www.wayneohio.org/wayne-county-commissioners-public-meeting-details. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply to this project. This Legal Notice is posted on the Board's website and may be accessed at the following internet address: http://www.wayneohio.org/more/commissioners/legal-notices The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all irregularities and/or defects, and to accept the bid(s) deemed most beneficial to Wayne County. Until any contract(s) resulting from this Invitation to Bid is/are fully executed by all parties, including, but not limited to, the time between the adoption of any resolution(s) awarding and/or approving any contract(s) and full execution of said contract(s), this Reservation of Rights shall remain in effect.
