The 307th ESB currently occupies a portion of Bldg 300. The 307th ESB will relocate within the building and share occupancy with the MDTF. The MDTF requires a Brigade Headquarters and Secure Operations Facility. The renovation and repair work includes new elevator, UPS, emergency generator, utility extensions, communications, site infrastructure and improvements, site lighting, grading, parking, fencing and landscaping. The estimated period of performance is 912 calendar days. The acquisition will be lowest priced technically acceptable based on the following criteria: 1) experience; 2) past performance; 3) technical approach; and 4) price. Project magnitude is between $50,000,000 to $100,000,000. It is the Offeror's responsibility to check for any posted changes to the solicitation.
