Description

The location of services to be performed are on the Reagan Memorial Tollway (I-88), Jane Addams Memorial Tollway (I-90), Tri-State Tollway (I-294/94), Veteran's Memorial Tollway (I-355), and Elgin O'Hare Western Access (IL-390) in Boone, Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Kane, Lake, Lee, McHenry, Ogle, Whiteside, Will, and Winnebago Counties. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to deployment of portable changeable message signs (PCMS), removal of existing sign supports, panels and luminaires, construction of new foundations and supports, fabrication of new panels, installation of new panels, placement of vinyl sign overlays and all other ancillary items, such as exploration trench (utility) and maintenance of traffic needed to safely complete the work.
