Description | Deaerator Tank Replacement - NJ State Prison Contractors are advised that all visitors will be screened (temperature check & answering of several covid-19 questions) when entering the facility. All attendees must wear face mask coverings. All bidders are urged to limit the number of representatives to attend the pre-bid meeting in order to keep the number of attendees to a minimum in order to comply with covid-19 related social distancing guidelines. All attendees must wear face mask coverings. Single Bid (Lump Sum All Trades) Hvacr (C032) $829,221 in Accordance With N.j.s.a. 52:32-2, This Project Shall Be Bid as a Single Bid (Lump Sum All Trades). Bidder Must Be Classified Themselves or Name Their Classified Subcontractor(S) for the Following Trade(S): Electrical (C047) Failure To List Classified Sub-Contractors Will Deem The Bid Non-Responsive. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. |
