Provide professional architectural and engineering services for design through construction of the proposed Field Operations Facility. We anticipate the selected firm will provide complete professional A/E services, including, but not limited to, planning, programming, conceptual design, studies/analysis, comprehensive architectural and engineering design services (i.e., preparation of bid-ready construction plans, technical specifications, and project manual), surveying, site/civil engineering, permitting assistance, value engineering, bidding assistance, construction phase services, and other services related to planning, design, construction, and commissioning of a fully functioning facility.
