Veterans Memorial Park Landscaping Project

Qualified contractors to provide all equipment and labor necessary for the acquisition and installation of listed trees at the Merritt Island Veterans Center Park located at 400 S. Sykes Creek Parkway, Merritt Island, FL 32952. The Contractor will install all trees in their designated area with all bracing and mulch required. The Contractor shall guarantee and maintain all new trees and bamboo for a period of one (1) year. The Contractor shall replace, at the direction of the Landscape Architect, all trees and bamboo deemed by the Landscape Architect to be unacceptable due to death, damage or acts of God. Owner negligence and vandalism excepted. New material used to replace unacceptable material shall be guaranteed for a period of one (1) year.
