RFP D/B - Three (3) Surface Parking Lots for the CJC

- Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required Award Requirements - Reserve Rights to Award by Line Item The County of Wayne is requesting proposals for a design/build project to construct three (3) new surface parking lots for the new Criminal Justice Center (CJC). One parking lot will be constructed at the intersection of Warren Ave. and I-75 [aka DPS Lot]; the second lot will be constructed where the current Lincoln Hall of Justice Youth Home is located at 1333 Hancock [aka Youth Home Lot]; and a parking lot addition will be constructed adjacent to an existing lot located near 1040 Hancock [aka Building C Addition Lot]. All are located in Detroit, MI. The DPS Lot will be constructed at the northeast corner of Russell Street and Frederick Avenue. The Youth Home Lot and the Building C Addition Lot will be constructed on the current site of the Lincoln Hall of Justice Youth Home and Building C, following the demolition of the buildings.
