Location: In Aroostook County, project is located on State Route 159 beginning 5.13 miles East of the intersection of Route 11 and Route 159 and extending East 3 miles; on US Route IA beginning 1.82 miles North of East Ridge Road and extending North 6.35 miles; on State Route 161 beginning 0.81 miles North of the Caribou/Fort Fairfield town line and extending Northwest 4.08 miles & beginning 2.04 miles Northwest of the Stockholm town line and extending Northwest 7.32 miles.
