**As of August 10 2022, recommendation to award Lawrence M Clarke, Inc. for $1,101,380.00. The work begins by September 15, 2022, and substantially completed by December 15, 2022, with final completion by June 1, 2023. The proposed project consists of installing approximately 1,600 linear feet of 8-inch water main via directional drill along Caniff Street, between Conant and Buffalo Street, within the City of Hamtramck. The anticipated start date, weather permitting, is no later than September 15, 2022, and substantially completed by December 15, 2022, with final completion by June 1, 2023.
